I have a divided heart, caught between Crafting and Paper Crafting (Stamping and Scrapbooking).
My name is Vicki Moser. I love to design and create just about anything. I am a Mother of two, and a Grandmother to one. I live and create in Tri-Cities, Washington (otherwise known as Pasco-Kennewick-Richland). I have been crafting all of my adult life. Scrapbooking since I was in High School. I love creating beautiful gifts with my hands.

My address is Kennewick but I live in a little town outside of Kennewick, WA called Finley. You will find it on most maps but it's not a real town because we do not have a post office. We have a school district, a little store, and two bars but no post office or no local government. I love our little community.
